Topics of interest. The area of scalable computing has matured and reached a point where new issues and trends require a professional forum. SCPE provides this avenue by publishing original refereed papers that address the present as well as the future of parallel and distributed computing. The journal focuses on algorithm development, implementation and execution on parallel and distributed architectures, as well on application of parallel and distributed computing to the solution of real-life problems.
Electronic journal. SCPE provides immediate open access to its content following the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
