Deep learning algorithms are used in physical education training to improve quality and help students become more mentally and skillfully fit. The deep learning method is a machine learning component that aids the healthcare and e-commerce sectors by comprehending how the human brain functions. Comprehending the physical education teaching process and how it can be enhanced also aids individuals. This study contributes to our understanding of the value of physical education instruction and how it affects a person's physical and mental health.
